The Sorbfil TLC Videodensitometer is intended for quantitative evaluation in Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC).
The Videodensitometer evaluates spot areas in tracks on a TLC plate image with construction of a chromatogram (analog curve) on the deviation of track Intensity from background Intensity and the subsequent quantitative evaluation of the chromatogram.
